This Friday I’m going to be leading a free photo walk at High Line Park in New York City, joined my Canon photo and video experts Jeff Greene and Sharon Levy. All we ask is that participants make a contribution in some form in support of the victims of Hurricane Sandy.
For this photo walk we’ll meet at the 30th Street entrance to High Line Park, near the corner of 10th Avenue. We’ll walk the full length of High Line Park down to Gansevoort Street. That’s a full 1.5 miles with great views of the city, elevated above the streets, with no traffic lights, vehicles, or crosswalks to contend with. Along the way we’ll photograph the park and the city surrounding us, talk photography, and have fun.
