This morning I led a photo walk at The High Line in New York City, with help from my friends Jeff Greene and Sharon Levy, who are both photo and video experts in town to present at a Canon event. And what fun it was!
The sky was blue, the air was crisp, and the light was wonderful. The temperature was a bit chilly, especially with the breeze, but that didn’t chill the mood. I enjoyed spending the time with a great group of photographers, pointing out recommended subjects, offering photographic advice, and just enjoying the time focused on photography and socializing.
Every time I visit The High Line I marvel at what a great place it is to wander around with a camera, and the group certainly echoed those feelings.
Thank you to all who attended, and for those who missed out this time, stay tuned for announcements of future photo walks, as I intend to lead them on a much more regular basis.
