Photoshop World Las Vegas

I’m back from another great Photoshop World in Las Vegas, which as usual was an incredibly busy show for me. I did a half dozen or so presentations and a couple of interviews over two days (I’ll post links to the interviews here when they go live), so it was a bit of a whirlwind. But it reminds me of the tremendous thirst for knowledge that exists in digital photography. While many photographers have gotten to the point that they’re able to put digital to great use in their photography, there is still much to learn.

One of my presentations at Photoshop World was on masking and targeted adjustments in Photoshop at the Microsoft Theater. My friend and colleague Jeff Greene was kind enough (or cruel enough, depending on your perspective) to capture video of some of my presentations, and he’s made a five minute clip of part of my presentation on image masking available online. You can view it inline below, or follow the link to go directly to the video. I hope you enjoy.

    Tim,

I’m an avid reader of your books and newsletters. Three cheers and pleasem, please keep up sharing with us.

I watched the “Masking and targeted adjustments” mini lecture twice and alas it dose not come up any more. The subject is one I’ve been trying to learn for eons. You put in a nut shell for us, thanks.

Would you please send me a link so I can view it again. At 76 and counting, I’m a slow learner.

Thanks for all you do for us on the other side of the screen.

    Ciao,

    Tom Burnside
